Those who steal nest eggs. Those who upturn lives. Those for whom your home and my home are simply dollar signs to turn over in the property market. We aim to persuade them to leave Mandarin Gardens alone.

Ever since the En Bloc fever spread its sinewy tentacles across the Island, some of it has rubbed off on Mandarin Gardens too and now we have a rag tag group of Speculators who appear to be bull dozing their way to the next steps with just a 25% of the total SPs strength!
Bull dozing. Thats right.
Since when did anyone accept to be bulldozed into parting with their home? Not just a piece of brick & mortar or some temporary structure for shelter mind you.
We are talking about a home. A home!
Since a minority group of pro En Bloc residents seems to have gathered some strength, there is a feeling amongst them that they are now almost on the verge of closing an En Bloc deal!!
A Collective Sales Commitee (CSC) has been formed to explore the possibility of an En Bloc at an EOGM on March 9, 2008 where only 25% of the SPs voted to appoint a Law firm and Marketing agent from only 1 choice of either. Where was the due diligence? Where was the Governance? What is there to select from only 1 choice? What is the guarantee that these appointees will even act in EVERY SPs favor?
In any case, only 25% of the 1000 plus SPs voted in favor of the appointments. Not 80%, not 70%, not 40%. Not even 30%. In fact 65% of the SPs were not even represented. They were probably not even aware of this EOGM, or busy or probably caught up with other things.
Therefore, now the time has come for every SP to be aware of the happenings and cast their choice.
If an En Bloc the Flyers must have. Then an En Bloc the Stayers MUST HAVE NOT!!
