| "From an owner point of view, I fail to see the logic of the en-bloc fever in the current market. As more units are en-bloc'd reducing unit supply it's only raising prices further in the market. Whatever the owner is offered isn't going to be enough to buy an equivalent unit s'where else. Isn't it only the developers that stand to gain? And at the expense of the population (again)? I guess that's the point! Unless the majority of these condos are investment props to start with, in which I can see the motivation.
